Last updated: October 10, 2026. This page explains what information I collect through abdulfardaus.com, why I collect it and what you can ask me to do with it. Plain English, no surprises.
This website is run by Abdul Fardaus, a freelance WordPress web designer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. When this policy says "I", "me" or "my", it means me. You can reach me any time at hello@abdulfardaus.com.
Information you give me: when you fill in the contact form or the free website review form, I receive your name, email address, website URL, the type of coaching you do, your budget range and anything you write in the message. When you book a call, you share your name, email, the time you chose and your answers to any intake questions.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, the server records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used for security and to keep the site running smoothly.

I do not sell your information, I do not add you to a newsletter without asking, and I do not use your details for advertising.
The booking calendar on this site is provided by Calendly. When you book a call, the information you enter is processed by Calendly and shared with me so I can confirm the meeting and send a Zoom link. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to how they handle that data.
Some pages show my Google reviews through a widget provided by Trustindex, and some buttons link to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google. Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited that website directly, and those services may collect data about you under their own privacy policies.
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work: for example, cookies that keep the site fast through caching, remember that you're logged in if you are an administrator, or let embedded tools like Calendly function. If I add analytics or marketing tools in the future, I will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
I only share your information with services I need to run my business, such as my website host, email provider, Calendly for bookings and Stripe or my bank for payments. Each of them processes data on my behalf or under their own privacy terms. I will also share information if the law requires me to.
Messages and review requests are kept for up to 24 months so I can follow up on our conversation. If we work together, project and invoice records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. You can ask me to delete your information earlier.
Wherever you live, you can ask me to show you the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. If you are in the UK, the EU or California, you also have the specific rights given to you under GDPR, UK GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Email hello@abdulfardaus.com and I will reply within 30 days.
This website uses SSL encryption, security plugins and regular backups. Access to form submissions is limited to me. No website can be 100% secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.
This website is meant for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
