Last updated: October 10, 2026. These terms cover how I work with clients and how you can use this website. Your written proposal always gives the exact scope, price and dates for your project.
abdulfardaus.com is run by Abdul Fardaus, a freelance WordPress web designer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh ("I", "me"). By using this website or hiring me for a project, you ("you", "the client") agree to these terms. If your signed proposal says something different, the proposal wins.
Every project starts with a free strategy call and a written proposal with a fixed price, a list of what's included and a launch date. Package prices on this website are starting prices. Anything not listed in your proposal is extra work, and I will always give you a quote and wait for your approval before doing it.
• Launch and Growth: 60% to start, 40% before the site goes live
• Signature: 40% to start, 30% at design approval, 30% before launch
• Payment plan: 3 monthly payments with a 5% fee
• Care plans: billed monthly in advance, cancel anytime
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are made by card through a Stripe invoice or by bank transfer. Work starts once the first payment is received. If a payment is more than 14 days late, I may pause the project until it is paid.
You agree to provide content (text, photos, logo, logins) and feedback on time, and to make sure you have the right to use everything you send me. If the project is waiting on you for more than 30 days, the launch date moves accordingly, and after 60 days I may close the project and invoice the work completed so far.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (Launch 2, Growth 3, Signature 4). A revision round is one consolidated list of changes. New pages, new features or a change in direction after approval are not revisions and are quoted separately.
• Launch-date guarantee: if the site launches late because of me, you get one free month of the Care plan for every week of delay. Delays caused by late content, feedback or payments are not covered.
• Love the design: if you don't like the first homepage design, I will redesign it from scratch once.
• 90+ mobile speed: the site will score 90+ on Google PageSpeed (mobile) at launch, or I keep working on it at no cost. Third-party scripts you add later are not covered.
Once the project is paid in full, you own the website, its design and the content created for you. Your domain, hosting and accounts are set up in your name from day one. Licensed themes, plugins, fonts and stock photos remain under their own licences. I may show the finished website in my portfolio and on social media unless you ask me not to in writing.
Hosting, domain names, premium plugins and tools such as Calendly, Stripe, Kit or GoHighLevel are paid by you directly to those providers, unless your proposal says otherwise. I am not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes made by third-party services.
You can cancel at any time by email. If you cancel before any design work has started, I will refund your deposit minus any third-party costs already paid. Once work has started, payments already made cover the work completed and are not refundable, and you won't be charged for milestones that haven't been reached.
Every package includes free support for the period stated in your proposal (30 or 60 days) to fix bugs and answer questions. After that, help is available through a Care plan or at an hourly rate. Changes you or another developer make to the site after launch are not covered by free support.
I build every site with care, but I cannot guarantee specific business results such as a number of calls, sales or search rankings. To the extent allowed by law, my total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project. I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data loss caused by third-party services.
The content, design and code of abdulfardaus.com belong to me unless stated otherwise. Design concepts shown on the Work page are original designs for fictional coach brands. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Reviews and testimonials are from real clients and are quoted from their original source, such as Google, LinkedIn or a recorded video.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If a disagreement comes up, we will first try to solve it together in good faith. I may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page. Questions? Email hello@abdulfardaus.com. See also my Privacy Policy.
